Maureen’s practice focuses on gift, estate and trust planning for individuals and families, tax planning, and estate and trust administration for beneficiaries and fiduciaries.

Maureen is a member of both the Virginia State Bar and the Virginia Bar Association and has been actively involved with the VBA as a member of the Wills, Trusts & Estates Section.  Maureen is a member of the Estate Planning Council of Richmond and the Trust Administrators Council of Richmond.  Maureen has volunteered with many charitable and civic organizations, including serving on the Board of Governors of The Community Foundation serving Greater Richmond and Central Virginia, Inc., the Board of Directors of Richmond Sports Backers and the Richmond Symphony Orchestra Foundation, and the Advisory Board of VCU Massey Cancer Center.
