Jane’s practice focuses on estate and trust planning for individuals and families and estate and trust administration for beneficiaries and individual and corporate fiduciaries.  Her engagements typically include related estate, generation-skipping, gift and fiduciary income tax advice, as well as advice on local laws pertaining to property rights, probate avoidance, wills, estates and trusts. She appreciates her loyal client base that includes multiple branches and generations of many different families.

Involvement

Jane has been an active member of both the Virginia State Bar and the Virginia Bar Association, having served as a member of the Legislative Committee of the Wills, Trusts and Estates Section of the Virginia Bar Association, the Governing Council of both the Wills, Trusts and Estates Section and the Domestic Relations Section of the Virginia Bar Association, and the Board of Governors of the Trusts and Estates Section of the Virginia State Bar.  Jane also is a member of the Estate Planning Council of Richmond.  Finally, Jane has volunteered with several charitable and civic organizations, including having served on the Boards of Directors of the Richmond Forum, the Richmond SPCA and the Virginia League of Planned Parenthood.
