Molly D. McEvoy, Esquire

Molly graduated from the University of Richmond School of Law where she served as Executive Editor of the University of Richmond Law Review and was a member of the Moot Court Board. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Richmond with a concentration in accounting.

Molly's practice focuses on estate and tax planning for individuals and families. She advises executors, trustees and beneficiaries in the administration of estates and trusts.

Prior to joining Armstrong Bristow Farley & Schwarzschild, Molly practiced with the trusts and estates section at Williams Mullen, served as a Planned Giving and Major Gifts Officer for Salisbury School, in Salisbury, Connecticut, and practiced with the trusts and estates section at Venable LLP in Washington, D.C. Additionally, prior to law school, Molly spent four years at KPMG LLP.

Molly is a certified public accountant and is admitted to practice law in Virginia, Washington, D.C., and Connecticut. She is a member of the Saint Bridget Church Finance Council, the Estate Planning Council of Richmond and the Trust Administrators Council. Molly was recognized as one of Virginia's "Rising Stars" in estate planning and probate (2008, 2010) and The Best Lawyers in America since 2013. She is a member of the Virginia State Bar, the Virginia Bar Association, the District of Columbia and the Connecticut Bar Associations.
