 Molly D. McEvoy, Esquire
Molly graduated from the University of Richmond School of Law where she served as Executive Editor of the University of Richmond Law Review and was a member of the Moot Court Board. She also earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Richmond with a concentration in accounting.
Molly works with high net worth individuals and families in the areas of estate planning, charitable planning and estate and trust administration. She also assists tax-exempt organizations with formation and other issues that arise during the operations of such entities.
Prior to joining Armstrong Bristow & Farley, Molly was an associate in the Tax Section at Williams Mullen and served as a Planned Giving and Major Gifts Officer for Salisbury School, in Salisbury, Connecticut. Before her experience in the non-profit sector, she was associated with Venable LLP in Washington, D.C. in the trusts and estates practice group. Between college and law school, Molly spent four years at KPMG LLP.
Molly is a certified public accountant and is admitted to practice law in Virginia, the District of Columbia and Connecticut. She is a member of the Virginia State Bar, the Virginia Bar Association, the District of Columbia and the Connecticut Bar Associations. She is also a member of the Estate Planning Council of Richmond.
Molly has spoken at continuing legal education seminars on estate administration and tax-exempt organizations. |
